    Maintenance flooded my apartment twice and only paid a third of the damages to my personal property after a week of fighting back and forth over it. Nicolette, the property manager, was particularly awful to work with. I also have not had functional windows for an entire year, despite 5 or so formal requests to maintenance.   • Mice infestation

    The apartment building has a mice infestation. Mice are being seen in the units and can be heard in the walls. Management and maintenance are both aware, but the problem persists.
