If I can leave ZERO STARS, I would! Worst complex i've ever lived in! The actual apartment is great, it's the management that's awful!!!
My husband and I moved out of here in November 2022, we've been calling and calling asking when we'll receive our security deposit, NO CALL BACK, nothing, after 4 months of moving out!
Then I get a call from the credit bureau saying that we owe money and if I don't pay, it's going to go to collections. After they inspected the apartment, they said we don't ...
receive any money back and we also owe $250 for the damage done to the apartment. I have pictures that the apartment was well taken care of when we left it, we even filled in the holes and send it over them for any picture frames that we hung.
So instead of them, calling us, and letting us know, we owe money, and we're not getting anything back for our security deposit, and being professional, they sent us straight to the credit bureau!!!! SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!! we left several messages with Misty, and never received a callback!
While living there for two years, the management made it very hard to enjoy our apartment. since living there there's been two different new management taking over and this one has been by far the worst. For any maintenance issues they either don't contact you back or wait weeks to resolve any issues.
I do not recommend this apartment complex at all! I've had three friends live here as well with their husbands, and have all hated the experience also.
