July 27, 2025Property Manager and Maintenance Manager Great, but the property itself needs works We very much liked the property and maintenance managers and believe they are hard-working with the best of intentions. It is our viewpoint, though, that they have far too few resources to work with to deliver the quality they so desire. These two hardworking people are present and friendly. They problem solve. But the owners of The Bryant need to make significant investment in the property to assure safety and ...secure. Entry doors that don't latch, tired entry areas, peeling wall coverings, a door intercom that never worked. The owners are milking this beautiful property which could be so splendid. The location is terrific. We didn't want to move, but felt it was best.Property Manager Responded

June 4, 2025Beautiful Apartment The apartment is really beautiful-good size and reasonable rent for the area. Any time I had a maintenance request it was handled in a timely manner. My one concern would have been communication with property management-there were times I'd reach out in the past and never hear back. I would call, email, send messages through the portal and get no response. However, I have to say I feel like that is changing. When it was time for me to move, newer property management was there. ...I heard back from Stan when I was moving out-he replied right away. He answered my questions on what I would need to do. I got to meet him as I turned in my keys and he was really nice. It feels like a real change is happening there, and I believe future tenants will not have the communication issues I previously had. So overall a great place to live, and seems like they are really improving on the communication from management, the only real issue I had.Property Manager Responded
