mouse infestation and gaslighting
September 12, 2023Mouse infestations, broken elevators, flooding, and the management is passive-aggressive. As others have stated in other reviews there are ongoing roach and mice issues dating back to 2019 and they're still present today. PLEASE do not move here
September 12, 2023Where do I start? I’ve lived here a little over a year and it’s been a journey. Horizon’s management took the building down a major turn for the worse. The building flooded over the holidays and they did not communicate and passive aggressively left tenants high and dry. Construction is cheap and disruptive. They have a “concierge” that is clearly not there to help residents but to scrutinize us. Worst of all, there are MICE!!! And the building’s response was to put duct tape over people’s ...vents. DO NOT RENT HERE
August 20, 2023Once you sign your lease the management does not care about you or any of your problems. There has been a leak in my hallway for nearly 2 years. They send a maintenance person up who says they cant figure it out, then they forget about it until I message them months later. Wash rinse and repeat. Our "secured package room" has been broken into a raided TWICE this month alone. Has management done anything to remedy this issue or secure our building? Nope. Because it doesn't involve new tenants ...signing new leases. There are numerous other issues that have gone untended to, because they hire the laziest building managers who put in minimal (if any) effort to solve your problems. Look for another apartment. Any apartment that is NOT managed by Horizon Realty Group. I have emailed all the way up the chain to the Vice President of the company and NOBODY cares about you once your lease is signed.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

I love everything about this building!
May 23, 2020I’ve been living here for a year now, I absolutely love this building. Apartment layout is awesome the floor to sealing windows! All amenities are new, the patio area, grills, and wifi, the fire pit, very nice layout of patio. The lobby has smart food kiosk with fresh food and produce, fitness is 24/7 open witch is cool. Do not move here
October 13, 2015This building is old and needs updates. The units are full of roaches and the building stinks everywhere at the places like elevators, office, hallways and laundry. The roaches come in to your unit from the other units if you keep your unit clean. The laundry machines dont work at all, they are old and slow. The laundry room is always dirty and floor is wet. The staff is mean. parking is never available and they have a long wait list.Property Manager Responded
