March 23, 2026I’ve had a really positive experience living at The Bryn. The location is convenient, especially with the short walk to the bus stop and the free CATA pass, which makes getting to campus easy. My apartment came fully furnished and move-in ready, which took a lot of stress out of the process. Maintenance requests have been handled quickly, and the staff is friendly and responsive whenever I’ve needed help. The community feels clean and well-kept, and the resident rewards and surveys make it feel ...like they actually care about feedback. January 8, 2026This definitely has been an experience. My apartment has flooded and my move in was rough but with the flood the staff have been super helpful in ensuring us that the issue was fixed and precautions were taken in order to prevent this from happening again!Property Manager Responded

September 30, 2025Had issues moving in. I came to a filthy apartment. Hair, rotting food, and a moldy bathroom are just a few of the nasty things that were left for me to clean the day I moved in. The cleaning crew only came a week or two after I moved in and not much was done on the half of the apartment I live in due to a mess up on the complex’s paperwork. There has also been a ceiling leak and the bathroom smells like pee. But the maintenance crew is responsive and has tried to fix all issues quickly. Office ...staff seem to not always know how to handle the issues that present themselves.Property Manager Responded
