January 8, 2026This definitely has been an experience. My apartment has flooded and my move in was rough but with the flood the staff have been super helpful in ensuring us that the issue was fixed and precautions were taken in order to prevent this from happening again!Property Manager Responded

September 30, 2025Had issues moving in. I came to a filthy apartment. Hair, rotting food, and a moldy bathroom are just a few of the nasty things that were left for me to clean the day I moved in. The cleaning crew only came a week or two after I moved in and not much was done on the half of the apartment I live in due to a mess up on the complex’s paperwork. There has also been a ceiling leak and the bathroom smells like pee. But the maintenance crew is responsive and has tried to fix all issues quickly. Office ...staff seem to not always know how to handle the issues that present themselves.Property Manager Responded

August 27, 2025Pros: - room structure nice - good study desks - nice pool and gym - easy bus stop access Cons: - bad maintenance - bugs everywhere in apartment and nothing has been renovated - always only one person in leasing office to help out everyone - shower temp does that work well - Leasing office is decent: I asked for a bus pass for the past week and they told me everyday that I would get it the next day. - buses always full due to us being on of the last stopsProperty Manager Responded
