The building itself is a breath of fresh air—brand new, with all the amenities beautifully maintained, which truly elevates the experience. As a pet owner, I especially appreciate how clean and odor-free the environment is; it’s an awesome balance! Even the maintenance process is seamless—my requests are quickly acknowledged, and the team is incredibly responsive. September 3, 2025Mice infestation after only five days of living here. Management continues to deny it and is making me pay $5k plus 20 days rent to get out of lease. I am already out thousands of dollars on moving costs, admin fees, contaminated furniture and belongings all for a five day stay. They are also not truthful, deny the problem and blame you for the issue. Stay away from this place. It’s a nightmare.Property Manager Responded

August 24, 2025Pros: The apartment building is of excellent quality, with thoughtful design details throughout. I really appreciate how well the walls block out noise, especially considering the building is located along a busy road. I don’t hear any traffic at all. The bathrooms and bedrooms are very spacious, and there’s a surprising amount of storage space. Every area feels well utilized. Management and staff have also been wonderful, they are always quick to respond and very helpful. Cons: There aren’t many ...windows in the units. For example, in my two-bedroom apartment, one of the bedrooms does not have a window. As someone who really enjoys natural light and open spaces, that has taken some time to adjust to. Additionally, since I’m a walker and have a dog, I’ve noticed that the immediate surroundings aren’t the easiest for walking. The location is quite busy with car dealerships and ongoing construction, which can make it less ideal for strolls.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 8, 2025I found this apartment online so it was considered renting based on site unseen. I was pleasantly surprised by the kindness and the way every individual interacted with Residents. It’s smiles all day every day when you walk in; your pooch also gets some lovin and treats. Their response times in getting anything done is highly commendable. The Maintenance Crew has two very jovial members and a Supervisor. The Supervisor, is proficient in explaining every detail of the technology and appliances ...in the unit. The Maintenance crew also go above and beyond to assist Residents within the boundaries they have been given. Their SLA is one of the fastest I’ve experienced due to their zealous personalities. All in all, I’m glad to be a part of this community because it’s the people who truly sets The Brynn apart from the competition. They have great amenities too.Property Manager Responded
