Disappointing Experience and Unacceptable Unit Conditions

I cannot recommend this property based on my experience. After completing the application process and paying a $600 deposit, along with application and administrative fees, I toured the unit I was expected to lease and was shocked by its condition. The unit had a significant roach infestation, making it completely unacceptable for move-in.

with an apparent pest problem, especially after investing time and money into the leasing process.
What made the experience even more frustrating was the lack of accountability afterward. Despite raising my concerns immediately, I have spent months trying to resolve the matter and recover my deposit, with little to no meaningful communication from management. The units are only affordable as a result of the conditions they are upkept in. Please, do your research and invest your money in a management that actually cares about their residents, and prospects.
