  • Burke Apartments has gotten a full Re-do!

    The property is beautiful. New management has done an unbelievable job at upgrading the property. While the rent costs a little bit more than it used it, the property is WAYY nicer, and worth every penny of additional rent. I highly recommend staying here. Such a gem!

    I can't believe the change the new management has made at the Burke Apartments (formerly Ashwood Park). The amenities and common areas are spotless and up to date with a brand new laundry facility, pool area etc. The gym and clubhouse are first class, but what completely sets it apart is the way you are treated by office staff. This is what quality apartment living is supposed to be. Blessed to have found this.

    Visited Burke Apartments today and was impressed with the team at the Leasing office. They are very warm and welcoming. They even served us cold drinks and yummy snacks. The upgraded units were bright and clean with modern finishes. Brand new laundry room with fantastic a/c. The pool has barbeque, and it is well kept and clean. It's definitely a nice gated community to live in.

    I’ve already lived here for a year and it’s not the best place at all. Now one would come out to fix my sink after 2 months my lease was up. And they have yet fix the roaches problem in my unit. They keep coming out from my walls. Makes me not even want to sleep in the apartment anymore!!! Also the new trash situation is just dumb and the fine for it is 50$ if we keep the trash outside for a certain amount of time. Just not cool at all. I’m just really over the fact that no one will do anything ...

      Hello. Please give us the opportunity to address your concerns and ensure the work order is handled to your satisfaction. We ask that you contact us, as your review is anonymous so we cannot reach out to you. We recently changed ownership and increased staff to help take care of any previous maintenance concerns that may not have been handled properly. The property has Valet Trash service and that allows door side pickup from your unit for a 2-hour window in the evenings. Outside of this limited time, we require our residents to keep their trash bins inside their units so there are not trash bins outside front doors all day. We look forward to hearing from you and working to establish trust in our relationship going forward.
