I lived in another apt during my time at SFA but the Californian by far takes the cake! Super helpful and willing to help as soon as possible when needed. Walking distance from campus and a beautiful big park right behind the complex. The one time we had our AC go down they made sure to install two temporary AC units on the windows and we couldn’t even tell our AC was down and they fixed it within a day! Anytime we put in a work order they’d send maintenance the next day. Such a great environment ...
with management who actually cares! They don’t try to scam college students like I’ve experienced at the apt complex prior. Really wish all apartments were as accommodating as them! Will miss it for sure. So thankful for my time there they really made it feel like home.

Our office staff is absolutely amazing. Very friendly and welcoming, eager to make you happy and comfortable here. Our maintenance is excellent as well, if they’re not here the same day I reported a problem to fix it, they’re here the next 100%. My lease is coming to an end and I’ve decided to stay here and switch to a bigger floor plan. Love it here so much.

I've been loving the community here!! There's always something to look forward to and I love all of the things the office does for its tenants! The monthly newsletter is super helpful and well put together. In addition, this apartment is very quick when it comes to maintenance or questions.
I had an issue with my sink and it was fixed within the day of me putting the request for help in. Very clean, organized, and welcoming.

I’ve had a great experience living in this apartment. The unit was spotless when I moved in and everything was clean and well maintained. I recently had an issue with my fridge, and I was really impressed that maintenance came out and fixed it the same night I reported it. Communication with management has been smooth and responsive, which makes a big difference. Overall, it’s been a comfortable and hassle-free place to live.

I'm so happy so say that staying at the Californian was the best decision I've made. The staff is all super friendly and made sure to make me feel welcome and comfortable. The maintenance staff as well was super attentive. Any time I had a problem they were very quick to come fix it. Even during the weekends, they came to help! Also love all bills paid aspect. Makes paying super easy and stress free. Thank you so much for my stay here! HIGHLY recommend
