Wonderful community!
September 29, 2025I've been loving the community here!! There's always something to look forward to and I love all of the things the office does for its tenants! The monthly newsletter is super helpful and well put together. In addition, this apartment is very quick when it comes to maintenance or questions. May 22, 2025I’ve had a great experience living in this apartment. The unit was spotless when I moved in and everything was clean and well maintained. I recently had an issue with my fridge, and I was really impressed that maintenance came out and fixed it the same night I reported it. May 21, 2025I'm so happy so say that staying at the Californian was the best decision I've made. The staff is all super friendly and made sure to make me feel welcome and comfortable. The maintenance staff as well was super attentive. Any time I had a problem they were very quick to come fix it. Even during the weekends, they came to help! Also love all bills paid aspect. First time apartment owner
April 5, 2023It’s exhausting calling apartments for no one to answer the phone. Well, I have great news for you lol I called this apartment complex like 25 times in one week and they answered or called back every time. They answered every question to the best of their abilities easing any worry I had. I have been living here for 2 months and it has been good. They have things like breakfast Thursdays, gave away plants, and more to their residents. If you have a complaint, questions, or just need to talk to ...them about something they are very available. First time apartment owner
June 29, 2022As a first time apartment owner and a college student I would say that the Californian and in general the three skies company is phenomenal. I love how customer base they are and they actually want to know you and give you the best service they can. The maintenance team is very friendly and they do a great job every time. They really do have 24 hour service and they keep the property looking great. At first I thought that the one bedroom flat was overpriced for the square footage but due to ...location and amenities I would say it is decently fairly priced. I really loved it here!
June 3, 2022I lived here for 2 years while attending SFA, and I like how close it was to campus. Maintenance was always very efficient and there soon after I would put a request in. I never experienced any major issues with the apartment or appliances, with the exception of my AC not working for a brief period, but the maintenance guys were able to fix it quickly. The ladies at the front office were always super friendly and kept my roommates and me in the loop of any news at the apartment. Not having to ...find parking on campus was a huge plus, and its super close to the SFA REC center and pecan park.
