My apartment constantly had problems (including ant infestation, broken faucet, holes in my ceiling, broken fridge, broken stove, rat infestation, etc) Save yourself the stress and do not move here, they are in no rush to help you fix anything. My faucet was broken for two months and I was forced to pay the water bill for a sink that never turned ...off, they barely just got to it and shut off the sink as a fix. There’s constantly dog poop everywhere and don’t even get me started on the barking dogs all night and day.Read More

Granted no complex is perfect but I've never had the issues I read about in other communities. There seems to be no system in place to inform all residents of current situations. For example, when the mailboxes were broken into and mail was being held at the post office for a month, residents were only informed by word of mouth. There seems to be no annual maintenance for fire extinguishers, HVAC filters,etc. , nor any known pest control service. ...Prior management had these practices in place and informed all residents.
