Home away from Home
January 23, 2023I move in end of May 2022. The moment I walked in the office the manager and assistant manager was very nice. The are the same anytime you walk in. June 26, 2021This gated community is great!, maintence personnel have uniform easy to ask for help when they are around. Swimming pool is cleaned every week. The land scape and touch ups are done weekly. Every time i have requested something to be replaced or looked at it wouldn't take more than a week to have resolved. Landlords were helpful during Covid, and had procedures that was enforced for our safety. Paid parking spots and plenty of visitor parking. June 25, 2021I have lived here for a few years. My every need was attended to promptly. The neighbors are quite and courteous. The pool is always clean and sparkling. February 16, 2019Noise very quiet. Maintenance The maintenance staff are very efficient, quick and do a great job!!! Safety Complex is gated, very safe place to live. Been here for 3 years, very safe. Neighborhood Nice neighborhood, close to shopping, HEB, Kroger, Ross. Close to all schools. Grounds The grounds are very nice. always keep up, very clean, lots of trees and plants. Has swimming pool and play ground. Office Staff are great people, super nice and ...professional. I have lived in the Cambria Apartments for 3 years now. This is an excellent complex. The Staff are super nice, and courteous. The maintenance staff is quick and do a great job. The grounds are always keep up. Close to HEB, Kroger, easy access to Hwy 146. The neighbors are quite, a good place for families to live. Over all, this is a great place to live.
