apartment in error. Depending on the location of your unit, some tenants smoke cigarettes and the smell is terrible and gets into your apartment. Don't be fooled by the shiny lobby and low-ish prices, this building is unsafe, unclean, and uninhabitable and I am so relieved to be moving out.
