While I do believe that staff has great intentions, there are quite a few instances that have come up in the past month or two that have me questioning my experience.
There are consistently broken doors and parking garage gates, which allow anyone and everyone to enter the building. We were given a timeline for the parking garage gates to be repaired, and it is long past that date in the gates are still broken, even after complaining to management and facilities that there are many broken doors ...
which allow anyone to get in without a scanner, nothing has been done to fix the doors. I have seen non-residents unhoused people using our gym, facilities and front lobby area many times. It is unacceptable that anyone can so easily enter our building. I am aware of multiple occurrences where people’s homes have been entered by random people, and that makes me feel unsafe. I have had friends be asked if they have Bobby pins to enter another apartment.
I wish security was a higher priority.

Hi Abigail thank you for your review. Please know that I have been working daily on getting our garage gate fixed. It is a bigger issue than originally anticipated as residents have hit and damaged the gate too many times. The entire curtain now has to be replaced. Exterior doors have been fixed by maintenance multiple times but if there is a specific issue you are having please reach out to the office. I called and left you a message as I would be happy to chat through your concerns. I never like to hear a review like this as it us uncommon for us. We do take your concerns seriously and would therefore love for you to reach out directly to the office.
