March 10, 2026Very clean, modern and stunning place to live. It feels like a hotel and I’ve had an amazing experience so far. The amenities are great as well. The surrounding Tempe apartments were around this price, and after my tour I couldn’t justify what I would be paying for them after touring here! The finishes don’t look cheap and actually feel luxurious compared to the surrounding other apartment complexes “luxury” finishes. This one in the 1 bedroom also had a connecting bathroom which the others did ...not which was a plus for me.Property Manager Responded

January 22, 2026Overall, this is a good apartment — it’s comfortable, in a nice location, and the staff has been helpful. However, when I first moved in, the apartment wasn’t completely clean. There were some stains in the kitchen and bathroom that should have been taken care of before move-in. Also, the neighbors in the upstairs unit can be a bit noisy at night.
