The grass area towards the back of the neighborhood is filled with dog poop, there should be more dog poop throw away stations not just in the dog park area. The fire alarm goes off atleast 3x a month, and we are always given the same excuse. The 4th floor AC in the hallway has been out for years now, the elevators are also dirty sometimes. The apartments are very quiet, very clean. Everything works very well, the amenities are amazing, and I love our monthly community activities. Everything so convenient.I haven't met a person here that didn't smile and say hi when they walked down the hallway. The maintenance guys are so fast sometimes I feel like I can't even get my email sent before they ...at the door.
