January 22, 2026Great location. Plenty of amenities. Safe feeling. Downside the street traffic noise is terrible you hear it 24/7 along Orange Blossom Trail. Avoid those units unless you can put up with the noise. With your windows closed it sounds like they are wide open allowing all the noise in. Loud trucks buses cars with altered tail pipes and motorcycles you will hear them. A lot of fees also.Review from Apartments.com

It's very noisy when people are up there but the office has done a great job in addressing when it is inappropriate. I like the new management. December 19, 2025My apartment is lovely. What isn’t lovely? The regular middle of the night fire alarms, the constant smell of pot in the hall and not being able to keep my windows open in the nice weather because of nearby smokers that can’t/won’t be dealt with.Property Manager Responded

July 20, 2025As a resident, my experience has been overall positive. The community I live in is clean, safe, and well maintained. The amenities offered, such as a pool, gym, and community events, are great perks that I enjoy utilizing. I have also had the opportunity to meet some great neighbors and build relationships within the community. July 7, 2025I have been living at The Cannery for 3 years and have always found it and enjoyable and safe place to live. The office staff is always available to answer questions, take care of any problems, all while giving excellent everyday service. The monthly resident events are always enjoyable and a great chance to meet your neighbors. The maintenance staff is quick to fix any problems and Johanna, our cleaning expert keeps this building sparkling clean. It has been a pleasure to live here.Property Manager Responded
