June 7, 2025The amenities are nice but they get abused by people who do not live in the community. Constant loud pavilion gatherings and smoke parties occur several times a week until early morning hours. Many people do not pick up after their dog even though there are multiple pet trash areas. No community officer. Police on site at least once a week due to noise or trespassers. Lots of immobile cars which take up much needed parking spaces. The apartments themselves are very well insulated and you cannot ...hear your neighbors unless they’re blasting music or really loud. The apartments feel like little homes and they’re comfortable. You can see many people have lived here for years. Most neighbors are considerate and respectful.Property Manager Responded

May 19, 2025This is a great place to live at. I live TF going on 14 years living here. The grounds are kept good. The people in the office are great. Phyllis is a very good manager and resolves all the problems here any problems on the property she takes care of it right away and the assistant manager and the staff people are very good in there so let’s give them a big hello and congratulations to this ComplexProperty Manager Responded

May 17, 2025Very quiet community. Common areas are clean. At the leasing office they are very friendly and professional. Villas are spacious. Equipment needs to be upgraded (stove and refrigerator are very old).Property Manager Responded

May 4, 2025Han pasado ya casi 4 meses y estamos muy contentos con todo, la limpieza de los alrededores y sus amenidades, tener la oportunidad de caminar y sentarnos a disfrutar al aire libre, la amabilidad del personal de las oficinas, el personal de mantenimiento, todas las actividades que realizan para el compartir y unidad de los residentes, la atención rápida de los reclamos por situaciones que ocurren de repente en fin estamos enamorados de The Canopy Apartments y lo recomiendo 100%, Gracias, Dios los ...siga bendiciendo grandemente y les siga dando sabiduría de lo alto para que sigan administrando como lo están haciendoProperty Manager Responded

April 30, 2025I can honestly say that I feel at home here at The Canopy Apartments. The leasing process was clear and quick, any questions were answered and the move in was seamless. April 28, 2025Nunca entenderé porque esta es la única comunidad que no puede tener un control de las personas que utilizan la piscina los fines de semana. Estamos cansados de que se llene cada fin de semana por gente que no vive en nuestra comunidad, siempre dicen que están trabajando en ello, llevo 4 años aquí y nunca lo han solucionado. Una verdadera pena, deberían haber hecho mejoras en los accesos al condominio y piscinas, antes del proyecto de manipular los sistemas energéticos desde la aplicación!! ????? ...Razón por La que mucha gente se va este año.Property Manager Responded

April 6, 2025I really dont know what happened here. Years ago it was so good but it started going down hill unfortunately. Its a good place and cute litte villa feels like home but the staffing and amenities are not good. Prices keep going up but nothing is changing service wise.Property Manager Responded
