From the tour to the handing over of the keys, the process was very smooth and stress free. Moving is stressful enough, but when you’re moving somewhere you like and you have someone to help with all the steps, it makes it a little bit easier.

I love my home. But once I step foot outside of it, I hate everything else. The office staff are not pleasant, the grounds are unkempt. The amenities are old and rundown.

Este es un lugar tranquilo y bonito. Pero desafortunadamente siempre hay un vecino ruidoso que daña todo. Tengo una situación difícil con mi vecino se le notifica a la administración y no hacen nada al respecto solo les interesa que se le pague la renta y más nada. Tienen un número de seguridad que nunca contestan eso no es justo con lo caro que se paga aquí.

I love the timeliness of work orders. The staff is great, from the maintenance down to the leasing consultants. The neighborhood is safe and cant beat having the option of 2 pools.
