Tengo una situación difícil con mi vecino se le notifica a la administración y no hacen nada al respecto solo les interesa que se le pague la renta y más nada. June 7, 2025The amenities are nice but they get abused by people who do not live in the community. Constant loud pavilion gatherings and smoke parties occur several times a week until early morning hours. Many people do not pick up after their dog even though there are multiple pet trash areas. No community officer. Police on site at least once a week due to noise or trespassers. Lots of immobile cars which take up much needed parking spaces. The apartments themselves are very well insulated and you cannot ...hear your neighbors unless they’re blasting music or really loud. The apartments feel like little homes and they’re comfortable. May 19, 2025This is a great place to live at. I live TF going on 14 years living here. The grounds are kept good. The people in the office are great. Phyllis is a very good manager and resolves all the problems here any problems on the property she takes care of it right away and the assistant manager and the staff people are very good in there so let’s give them a big hello and congratulations to this ComplexProperty Manager Responded
