A very nice complex. Staff and maintenance are very friendly and helpful. There is quite a bit of noise as it is down town, but the trash trucks also come early and are very loud depending on where your unit is.

Really great location and area, in proximity to everything downtown and very close to campus. I like the bedroom and living room setup. Only negative is the very limited kitchen storage space.
