terrible place to live
December 13, 20171) The owner does not answer request for repair, even safety issues in the common area like the back steps that have been falling apart since we move in 8 months ago... 2) The owner does not give 24-hour notice before knocking and asking to come in. She even laughed at me when I told her that this is against the law. 3) If you ever complain about something, (like shutting off the water without notice) she will go around to all of your neighbors to pit them against you and prove that you have ...nothing to complain about. 4) The washing machines have black mold, so if you want your clothes clean you need to go to a laundromat.
