Great building, very bad location
May 6, 2023The building and units are in great shape but it's not in a safe area. You can't walk around the area, especially at night. Also, across the street, there's a construction company that fills trucks as early as 5 or 6 am, sometimes on weekends, and it sends so much dust into the air, you can see it blowing in your windows if they're open.Review from Apartments.com
Great price for the size and location!
February 17, 2022I quite liked the Cara and felt the apartments were spacious and comfortable compared to living in a ridiculously over priced studio in the city. I never had any issues with maintenance requests or being serviced within 24 hours. There is a nice gym and common area room on the first floor, secure parking and a rooftop lounge/bar top style area with fire pits and I enjoyed using the common areas quite often. May 6, 2021Poorly built and poorly managed. The garage door has been broken since they opened. The doors don’t close so any meth head can walk in off the street. The walls are paper thin you can hear a person sneeze next door. You can listen to an entire conversation that someone is having in their apartment from the hallway. Stuff isn’t up to code even though it was built less than a year ago. There is no management no one responds to maintenance requests.
