May 25, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comIt is not a bad apartment. Amenities are nice, clean, up-kept, but the walls are so thin. My upstairs neighbor and my side neighbors play really loud music. Really early in the morning and as a person who works a lot and only can get so much days off to sleep in , this is really annoying. I understand we are in an apartment complex and that is how it is, but not all of them have really thin walls like this one.Property Manager Responded

March 7, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comI believe more could be done to keep our home tidy and be more attentive to things like repairing or replacing the fridge in the large, lower level lounge. The stairwells, which many of us use, are embarrassingly unkempt. On a positive note, the staff are pleasant and responsive and the location, superb. Maintenance has been very quick, and professional. My only two gripes are the insulation could be higher to keep loud noise coming from next door neighbors, and the floor cleanliness could have been double checked before I moved in. Minor inconveniences: ethernet cables had been snipped and maintenance would not fix (had to re-crimp myself); apartment finishings seem fairly cheap (door handles, shower heads).
