Front desk people and manager are very helpful in resolving issues related to the apartment. We just moved in here to SC and there are good places to eat in walkable distance. Grocery stores like Lowes and Trader Joes are also in walking distances. Overall a very good neighborhood.

This is a great place to live. However flexibility in rental payment would be great. Offer a discount to State Employees who do a 12-15 month lease and flex pay on the rental payment would be a great option to add. Thank you.

It is not a bad apartment. Amenities are nice, clean, up-kept, but the walls are so thin. My upstairs neighbor and my side neighbors play really loud music. Really early in the morning and as a person who works a lot and only can get so much days off to sleep in , this is really annoying. I understand we are in an apartment complex and that is how it is, but not all of them have really thin walls like this one.

Wasn’t sure what to expect moving into an apartment from a house but I must say it has been fabulous. I love the Cardinal. Location, safety, parking, amenities, the new maintenance team… all are fantastic. The building and landscaping are clean and sprayed for bugs (big win). The rent is more on the expensive side, but you get what you are paying for—so long as they don’t raise the prices.

I believe more could be done to keep our home tidy and be more attentive to things like repairing or replacing the fridge in the large, lower level lounge. The stairwells, which many of us use, are embarrassingly unkempt. On a positive note, the staff are pleasant and responsive and the location, superb. Access from Forest Drive is a pain in the access but little can be done about that.

Jasmine, and the team was extremely accommodating, and move in was simple and easy. Highly recommend working with the team here to get moved in. Maintenance has been very quick, and professional. My only two gripes are the insulation could be higher to keep loud noise coming from next door neighbors, and the floor cleanliness could have been double checked before I moved in. Simple nonissues, but still recommend so far!
