March 7, 2026I believe more could be done to keep our home tidy and be more attentive to things like repairing or replacing the fridge in the large, lower level lounge. The stairwells, which many of us use, are embarrassingly unkempt. On a positive note, the staff are pleasant and responsive and the location, superb. Access from Forest Drive is a pain in the access but little can be done about that.Property Manager Responded

February 16, 2026Jasmine, and the team was extremely accommodating, and move in was simple and easy. Highly recommend working with the team here to get moved in. Maintenance has been very quick, and professional. My only two gripes are the insulation could be higher to keep loud noise coming from next door neighbors, and the floor cleanliness could have been double checked before I moved in. January 25, 2026Overall a positive experience. Nice facilities and amenities. Minor inconveniences: ethernet cables had been snipped and maintenance would not fix (had to re-crimp myself); apartment finishings seem fairly cheap (door handles, shower heads). Overall nothing that would cause me to choose anywhere else, it's a nice community with great amenities, friendly fellow residents, and helpful and responsive staff.Property Manager Responded
