January 25, 2026Overall a positive experience. Nice facilities and amenities. Minor inconveniences: ethernet cables had been snipped and maintenance would not fix (had to re-crimp myself); apartment finishings seem fairly cheap (door handles, shower heads). Overall nothing that would cause me to choose anywhere else, it's a nice community with great amenities, friendly fellow residents, and helpful and responsive staff.Property Manager Responded

October 26, 2025For the most part I love it here, however the trash by the entryway to the garage and the first level inner closes in court collects trash and it looks bad we pay too much to live here for this to be a issue clean it up pleaseProperty Manager Responded

August 6, 2025So far so good! We just moved in and are loving the convenience of the location and the amenities. Move in was great - we immediately, easily and safely walked to the Lowes Grocery Store for supplies and then to Boca Grande for dinner. The gym is amazing. The halls are quiet and smell good. Everyone in the complex is nice and friendly. Parking is a breeze and the unit was spotless when we moved in.Property Manager Responded
