Was beautiful but now SUCKS

When we moved here about 10 years ago and it was very nice, now it sucks and getting even worse. Washer and dryers are broke and have been broke for over 3 years( check back to my previous review from then), exercise equipment has remained broke the whole time. We have one maintenance person and him trying to fix everything is impossible. Outside lighting is not working so the manager at the time bought solar powered garden lights. Now we no longer have a manager because the just laid her off and ...
switch to an online system to pay rent and make work order for repairs and that online site does not even work. Plus trash dumpster are full and over flowing and animals live in and around dumpster making it dangerous. This place was great years ago but is coming apart many different ways. Dont let the current outside appearance fool you.

Do NOT rent from this place!

DO NOT rent from this complex! They have the worst management I have ever experienced. They moved a family of 3 people above me in a 1-bdrm apartment, and I have to listen to loud stomping and banging above me at all hours of the night. Now they are saying that I have to pay a fee to break my lease early, which is not at all right. Don't EVER rent from this place!
