Look past surface
November 13, 2024I loved living close to downtown because it was near everything. I lived there for one year. On the surface the apartments are beautiful but beyond that, it’s terrible. The air conditioning system in my unit was never repaired. I had mold in my unit as a result of the AC system and I was told to use bleach to clean it. When I moved out, they charged me for cleaning despite me hiring a cleaning company to come in to clean beforeI moved. The high turn over of residence is because of the ...management staff and lack of up keep in the apts. Look past the surface.Property Manager Responded

Don't just don't!
September 4, 2024Come immerse yourself in all the wonders of Florida living! From the leaky roofs mold and mildew covered walls. AC units so antiquated you be nice and warm all summer. The indoor wildlife roaches, termites, bedbugs and if your lucky enough to get a second floor you can enjoy the soothing sounds of all the little critters living in the attic. Or the first floor units are nice as well you can hear every footstep above you so relaxing! A class act maintenence crew that will (whenever they feel like ...it) come in go through your stuff then duct tape or super glue everything back to perfect! Please do your do diligence and look anywhere else this place is terrible you will regret this choice!Property Manager Responded
