Great Customer Service
May 29, 2024From start to finish it was the easiest leasing process I have had to date. My leasing agent was informative, friendly, accommodating and helpful. Returned my calls promptly, ensured my all the amenities were ready for me to utilize. I enjoyed the resident event that I was invited to, purchased some plants and enjoyed some great food and met neighbors of the community! I am looking forward to the next event, over all experience with all the staff has been lovely, especially Meg. The community ...manager, Carrie, is also extremely friendly and helpful! May 8, 2024WARNING: BEYOND SATISFIED RESIDENT RAVE REVIEW INCOMING! I have officially been a resident of this amazing place for 6 wks, I waited to post a review so I could provide accurate and honest info. I can wholeheartedly say that I continue to be THRILLED with choosing The Caroline. It regularly feels like a vacation, especially when I start the morning on the patio with my cats and a cup of coffee. I was a homeowner for 9 yrs, so I was worried about the jump from house to apt, but Megan made it ...seamless! Meg has really been downright fabulous from the start to work with. I think I toured the property 3x; I never felt rushed or like I was an inconvenience, and most importantly there was never any "tacky used car salesman fake niceness nauseating charm". She was very helpful throughout the application process, and easily navigated any roadblocks. While going over some paperwork details, she took a call from a resident who had some questions. I was happy to see that her attention was NOT undivided, but instead gave off "Yes you are important, and there are other people who are also important who need my attention at the moment". The overall vibe of the personnel has been welcoming and receptive. There is always at least one type of fun community event per month- check the fb page for examples. The property is clean and tidy- no trash collecting in random corners, walkways/stairs in my building have continually been neat and clean. The nightly trash and cardboard pickup service is nice; the workers have been super efficient, tidy, and friendly! My maintenance request was promptly addressed. The building construction and layout of the property really minimize any noise transfer or carrying of sound, I was shocked at how such an active complex could be so quiet. Environment and atmosphere wise I find The Caroline to have a happy intermediate level of activity- its not a ghost town, but also definitely not a party zone. On the dog note: there are many dogs, everyone respects the dog behavior and cleanup expectations (no poop piles anywhere!). I have only been to the pool once- the chairs were comfortable, plenty of space, clean, and not super busy. Last but definitely not least, there is an AMAZING coffee machine in the club house. My only complaint is that it's not open 24/7, sigh. The pictures don't do the property justice, so if you are potentially interested in checking out The Caroline, you should definitely stop by...
