Noisiest complex ever

This day and age when hotels can be built so you don't hear people above and below, but this place is built as cheaply as all apartments usually are. People walking above you sound like elephants, while their kids tumble along the floors all night long. Avoid this complex at all costs if you value sleeping before 11pm.

My husband and I resided at this property for several months while our home was being built and it was a miserable experience.
The property is so poorly constructed that you can hearAll your neighbors habits( especially the upstairs neighbor)! Habits to include: Bathroom habits, Loud sex noises, every step they take, Cleaning/ Vacuuming late at night as well as Washer/Dryer being used at All hours, Constant parties in which it sounds like an exercise class going on, dog barking.
Dog walk areas ...
are full of uncollected pet waste. The property is not well maintained. Dirty sidewalks, breeseways/ entrances are filthy, trash in parking areas.
I have stayed at busier hotels that were much quieter and cleaner than this property.

I was really afraid to sell my home and move into an apartment but I knew it was time. I just couldn't take care of things like I use too. The Carrington At Schilling Farms was so perfect for me. I have been here since they opened their doors and I plan on staying till I just can't. Etta and Krista have been amazing to me. They deliver packages to my door and go out of their way to assure all items that may arise are addressed right away. I hear so many good things about the service here. In a ...
