Unfortunately, my living experience is marred by a persistent (more than 6 months) issue of secondhand smoke from a neighboring unit. Despite reporting the matter to the complex office, my concerns have not been adequately addressed. This ongoing problem contradicts the promised smoke-free environment and impacts my living conditions. I love that I have my own 2 car garage and washer and dryer in unit. The community is extremely safe and the location is great for our lifestyle. The amenities are also better than a lot of comparable apartments: there are two pools, two jacuzzis, grills, a gym, a dog park, a playground, and a ...basketball court. The draw backs are the faulty, old and rusty appliances such as washer and dryer. March 16, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comI have had nothing but problems moving in here. I’ve been a resident since June 2016. I’ve had my apartment flooded 3 times. Had a cockroach problem since I’ve moved in. Don’t know if it’s coming from another surrounding apartment. We’re starting a little family and how can a person raise a baby in these conditions. Having food in the apartment is a battle on its own!
