I am a resident of Cascade Apartments in Anaheim, a supposed smoke-free complex. Unfortunately, my living experience is marred by a persistent (more than 6 months) issue of secondhand smoke from a neighboring unit. Despite reporting the matter to the complex office, my concerns have not been adequately addressed. I am proud to call the Cascades home. The community is extremely well kept, maintenance is always swift to take care of any issues, and the apartment itself has a great layout and nice appliances. I love that I have my own 2 car garage and washer and dryer in unit. The community is extremely safe and the location is great for our lifestyle. The surrounding views of the location of The Cascades is gorgeous as are the amenities such as the pool, gym, and BBQ area. The draw backs are the faulty, old and rusty appliances such as washer and dryer. The garages are great but guests will have a difficulty time finding parking due to residents leaving their spare cars in those spaces for weeks.

I’m very happy to call The Cascades my home. Very clean and beautiful complex and conveniently located right by the 91 . I love the high ceilings in my 2 bedroom apartment as well.

My husband and I love this apartment complex. We have been living for 2 years we are so happy it’s always nice and clean . We take walks around the area and lots of trees fresh air we are satisfied with everything..

We thought we’d only be in our apartment for 9 months, but stayed for a few extra. The staff was ALWAYS courteous and helpful. The grounds are beautiful and our neighbors very nice. We would HIGHLY recommend renting at The Cascades!

I have had nothing but problems moving in here. I’ve been a resident since June 2016. I’ve had my apartment flooded 3 times. Had a cockroach problem since I’ve moved in. Don’t know if it’s coming from another surrounding apartment. We’re starting a little family and how can a person raise a baby in these conditions. Having food in the apartment is a battle on its own!
