    You really can't beat the Casco for the view or location - a great spot to explore everything Portland has to offer. I've also been very impressed with the leasing office, management, and maintenance. Through the application, move-in process, and since moving in they have been very responsive, helpful, and kind. The 18th floor lounge is beautiful with unbeatable views, and the gym is great.   • I love it here

    The leasing agents are wonderful, I love my apartment, and the view is unreal. I'm on the 11th floor and I can see the city, the bay, the ocean beyond, and the islands. And it's in Old Port on the very walkable peninsula. People travel all over the world to vacation here.

    Liam and Colby welcomed me at The Casco. I toured well-appointed apartments, lounges, a workout room, etc. until I found an apartment with a beautiful view that was perfect for me.
