About The Case-Mead Lofts

Constructed in 1859, the Case-Mead Building at 76 Dorrance Street was originally designed as a four-story structure. Case-Mead’s commercial ground floor has been the home of many shops and restaurants over the years, and the top floors of the property previously housed offices and boast abundant natural light and views of the city. In response to the growing residential need in downtown Providence, Paolino Properties has renovated 76 Dorrance to create 44 microloft, studio, and one bedroom apartments in the heart of the city. The Case-Mead Lofts are efficiently designed to offer residents an extremely functional and sophisticated space.
