October 30, 2019Where do I start? I've lived her now for over 30 months now. I came after a contentious divorce and needed some pampering. This building is kept incredibly clean, secure and well maintained. My intention was to buy a condo after my original lease expired. Well that was 17 months ago. LOL The staff has been nothing but exceptional, friendly, caring and professional. Starting with the property manager, Mo to leasing staff, Leonard and Maria Laina, maintenance manager, Brian and staff Juan ...and Adrian. The porter, Rafael, is also very hard working and keeps the building tidy. The building itself truly is a luxury building. The amenities are outstanding. My pool table skills have improved dramatically, The movie 9 foot movie screen theater is great. The gym equipment is pretty basic, but just enough to get a great workout and never overcrowded. The rooftop theater, barbecue and lounge area is wonderful. Oh, and lets not forget the free coffee and tea. It's been a pleasure living in this building and being surrounded with a staff that I can even refer to as my friends. I could not give the Castle a higher endorsement.
