Don't move here
November 25, 2025Moved in a month ago here to this community and the utilities charges are exorbitantly high every single charge on the utility bill is double which water, sewer, trash, common area electricity is almost double then the other utility companies and the management does not help or involve for the excessive billing and neither the resident does have an option to choose their utility service provider.Property Manager Responded

August 21, 2025Property is great, Management Team need ALOT of improvement Every since the new management company took over last September, it's been a terrible experience with communication. Its like pulling teeth with reaching them. A little more transparent communication and realistic timeline with the property improvements would be greatly appreciated. The gate has been open for few months now and everytime I ask, I get the same reply that it will be fixed soon. it's been well over 6 months! It's a matter ...of the safety of our kids who play outside. Garbage is always piled high and delayed in being removed. Property and the community itself is great, management team can be improved with their efficiency.Property Manager Responded

June 30, 2025It has been a week since I moved into the house and during this time I have been dealing with bugs and their types in my house. Also, the mosquito nets of my house are torn and the curtains are broken. I am waiting for them to be changed and although I constantly mention it and create a record, no one cares. I requested the bidet taps to be installed and I am still waiting for someone to come. The drain pipes are clogged.Property Manager Responded

As far as I can remember , our family has moved every year, at times multiple times per year from one military bases to another. This is one of the most BEST moving experience!!! Staff is amazing and very welcoming! Everything they promisee was delivered in less than 24 hours! Kayla and the property management were exceptional! The place and site are wonderful and very clean.
