Refuse to return partial deposit o
December 3, 2020The place was roach infested, extremely dangerous, gunshots every night, police spotlighting the apartment every single night. The laundry room was where the homeless slept and drug deals went down. Final straw was when I was almost attacked by residents until they saw my dog, I went to the office and reported the incident and was told that maybe I should just stay inside. We cleaned the place spotless, gave it back in much better condition than we received, the office personnel even stated as ...much. We were supposed to get 180 of our deposit back, everytime we went back, they agreed, said the check is in the mail..then they quit responding to our emails and blocked us from the portal. October 25, 2020Moving into the place we could tell it wasn’t cleaned thoroughly (opened food packets left on the top shelves of the kitchen & bathroom products left behind), which was kind of concerning during a pandemic. After a month or so of settling we have found that there is a problem with cockroaches as well. Paint job was incredibly messy as well, splatters of paint left on countertops & appliances.Review from Apartments.com
Worst place ever!
August 31, 2018STAY AWAY! They want money and don’t care about issues you have in your apartment. Cockroaches, poor management. Takes forever to get things fixed. Apartments aren’t anywhere near what they should be charging for rent. A rundown motel is better than here.Property Manager Responded
