I’m unsure when or how things changed, but the people living here now are nothing like I remember. Anyone and everyone seems to be moving in, and it’s bringing a lot of issues with it—fights, dog poop everywhere, people smoking outside the front doors, and generally troublesome neighbors. The level of disrespect and neglect is noticeable. Despite the rising rent, the quality of living keeps declining. If I had known this was how things would turn out, I would have chosen to pay more for a place ...

No ac during heatwaves

The rent is very high for them to then cancel the ac during heatwaves (ac is still paid on top of rent). Apartments can get up to 85 degrees during the day and 80 at night. Management has ac is their office however. They can be very rude about it. You are better off going somewhere with ac.
