January 5, 2026I would highly recommend The Charles. My apartment is beautiful and if I have any problems, maintenance is there to fix it immediately. I am a single woman and I feel very safe here. They are pet friendly. My dog loves walking around the area and seeing all the other dogs. The pool and exercise room are always clean and taken care of. The location couldn't be better. I can walk to almost anywhere I want to go. It is on a dead end street, so not alot is noisy traffic either.Review from Apartments.com
