Beautiful Apartments + Great Location + Incredible Staff!
July 18, 2023I previously lived at the Bon Haven apartments but my lease was coming up and so I decided to tour the Charles. After living in Spartanburg for over a year now, I realized that I wanted to be able to walk to downtown. Y'all, these apartments are so beautiful and it is such a great location! And they are much more affordable that I thought they would be given the quality and location. Apparently there is a new property management team at the Charles and I was really impressed with how ...professional and responsive they are. I moved in earlier this month and I couldn't be happier! Definitely worth checking out if you want to be near downtown Spartanburg....Property Manager Responded

Very slow and unprofessional staff
May 27, 2022We waited 5 days and still never got our background check and credit check completed, we needed immediate availability. Very poor communication skills by the rental agent. She locked her door on me, among other things. We had to move on to another property. We requested our Admin Fee back, she never even responded to our email. Also, lease details were incorrect, we were told we had a balcony and unit was on 2nd floor, but no balcony and on 1st floor.Review from Apartments.com
