After living in Spartanburg for over a year now, I realized that I wanted to be able to walk to downtown. Y'all, these apartments are so beautiful and it is such a great location! And they are much more affordable that I thought they would be given the quality and location.       We waited 5 days and still never got our background check and credit check completed, we needed immediate availability. Very poor communication skills by the rental agent. She locked her door on me, among other things. We had to move on to another property. We requested our Admin Fee back, she never even responded to our email. Also, lease details were incorrect, we were told we had a balcony and unit was on 2nd floor, but no balcony and on 1st floor.
