For the few times that I've had to contact management, they were always prompt and extremely helpful. September 17, 2025The trash situation is horrible, it smells and always overflowing, people are not courteous about their neighbors, and being charged more because there isn't enough trash bins is so wrong, not the peoples fault the community lacked in having enough trash bins for the community, very upsetting.Property Manager Responded

November 20, 2024The Charlie Perris team is incredibly friendly, the pool is nice and the gym has some great equipment. The apartments are something to boast about because those countertops catch my eye and the appliances are brand new with a couple of them being wifi compatible.
