    I have loved my experience at Novel so far! The apartment is in a prime location, on a quiet street but one block away from tons of things in the heart of the gulch. The quality of the apartment and the appliances has been great, and the amenities are amazing. The staff have been helpful and easy to work with!

    I've been living here for a few months and I have no complaints whatsoever. I've had nothing but a pleasant experience living here. I love my studio apartment, it's so clean here and the space is perfect. The amenities are plentiful. The staff is so kind and helpful. My favorite feature is probably the icecream machine.

    I have lived at Novel Edgehill for over a year now and am very happy. The location is excellent as everything is within walking distance, the amenities are great and there is always some social event taking place. There truly promote a sense of community. The property managers are excellent, they are friendly, professional, knowledge and responsive. I would recommend this community to friends who are relocating or looking for a new community to move into.

    We moved into Novel Edgehill last summer, and we have had a fantastic experience! The location is great to explore the city, and the apartment layout is comfortable, with new appliances (no maintenance requests yet!). The amenities are top notch, with an excellent gym, and also rooftop pool/hot tub/sky lounge, along with a game room, and more! But, the best part has been the great team of staff!     I have really enjoyed my time here at Novel Edgehill. The building is beautiful and clean and the location to the city is perfect. We are right on the edge within a short walk to the gulch, without being in the middle of the chaos of downtown. It's a perfect balance. The staff has also been very nice and responsive, Reese helped me with my lease and my move-in, he was both helpful and knowledgeable with any questions I had. If I don't end up buying a house this year, I will re-new my lease.

    When moving to Nashville, I was really concerned about the cost of living and specifically what you get for the money.The first apartment community I toured was NOVEL Edgehill, and I knew immediately after the tour that I was getting everything I needed and more in this community.
