Pros and cons My move in was complicated by the elevator next to the loading zone not being functional. We had to use a different elevator and were asked to park the moving in a place that was not very close to that elevator either. Given how extremely long the hallways in the building are, my professional movers took longer to move everything than expected, meaning I paid about two hundred more than I'd hoped for. haven't gotten answers on how to receive it. I think my leasing agent is doing her best with such a huge number of tenants and applicants, but her response times when I do ask questions, etc, have been slow. Maintenance was helpful and very quick to respond when I had an issue with my washer, but in general, I wouldn't have needed to contact them if instructions on how to use it were provided during orientation or in another way.
