TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT AND COMMUNITY
July 7, 2025PLEASE DON'T MOVE EVER HERE. IT WAS A MY BIGGEST MISTAKE. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF The management at this community is extremely poor. No one in the office seems to have the courage to take responsibility for anything, and the vendors they work with don’t respect them either. My air conditioning has been broken for three weeks now despite multiple follow-ups, and it’s been over 90 degrees every day. The people sitting in the office have no courtesy or empathy for residents and show no urgency in ...resolving critical issues. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of basic accountability and care for residents’ well-being. My lease was also cancelled two days before move in date and there are mice issues in almost all of the buildings.Property Manager Responded

Lies and Terrible Service.
October 24, 2023They pay tenants to give positive reviews. Unprofessional is putting it lightly. As I waited for my tour that never happened several tenants were approaching the desk for missing packages, packages being sent to the wrong building, and even worse there was a tenant getting several months of bills for his service dog and he got cuts on his and the dog's feet from staples sticking out of the carpet. This is a poorly managed and unprofessional company for sure. They let you schedule online through a ...virtual assistant who is not a real person nor shows accurate availability. I scheduled a tour for 4 pm because the website said it was available. Then I get an email saying they only have 5pm available, mind you I had already arranged to leave work early so I said whatever 5pm is fine. Then I get there (20 minutes early too), they bounce me between several people until they finally sign me in. The girl at the desk said somebody would be right with me. Then 5pm rolls by, still nobody checks on me. Then it's 5:20pm and finally someone tells me they don't do tours after 4:30 pm despite their virtual assistant rescheduling me and confirming me for 5:00pm. Despite being assured that my deposit would be returned promptly, it has been over a month and I have yet to receive any sign of it. I absolutely loved living here
August 5, 2021I just recently finished my lease here and I had a wonderful experience, I'm really shocked by all the negative reviews honestly. Yes, it can be loud sometimes but what do you expect when you move to a big complex like this, haha. Staff was always friendly even when I locked myself out multiple times and everyone I met was also super friendly. The amenities were great and the property was always well maintained. Paying for the luxury feel and subpar service
May 6, 2021It's a nice complex, nice amenities, though there's usually something wrong with some of the equipments, and you have to catch your luck with availabilities since this place is so big. It's also somewhat overpriced for what it is. I have lived in similar complexes in the Burlington, Woburn, Reading area that have been just as nice, fairer price, and their staff more gracious. Also, the other big complexes never had so many hoops to jump through to cancel a lease. Chase is a fine place to live if ...you can commit to your term definitively, otherwise you will have to donate a limb to get out. Like signing a deal with the devil. Just be aware of what you're signing, don't let them distract you with all their fancy amenities and make sure you're aware of all the extra fees not included in the base rent. Also, don't expect expediency when you need their response, not sure why but they can take their time. It's also not a convenient location if you need to commute to Boston. I would NOT recommend living here to my worst enemy
June 9, 2017If I could give zero stars I would. I recently moved to this property from one north Boston and have never regretted anything more! First of all THE WALLS AND CEILING ARE PAPER THIN. I can hear my neighbor stomping all hours of the night even after emailing the property manager. It is the structure of the building mixed with the gorilla that lives above me. Today I got locked out of my apartment by stupidly leaving my key inside (they only give you ONE so don't make the same mistake as me). It ...was 515 on a Friday (the office closes at 5), everyone was still in the office working however the doors were closed. I saw a leasing agent leaving the building and kindly asked if he could please let me back in. He said I have to call the automated number and maintenance would have to let me in. Come to find out it was a 30 minute wait and $150 fee!!!!! To get into your own apartment! Because they only give you one key I had no choice. I understand if it were the middle of the night that there would be a charge for this service but I could literally HEAR PEOPLE IN THE OFFICE. This Place is Wicked Awesome!
September 9, 2015This place is a perfect if you want to live close to the city, but have a peaceful friendly place to come home to. My favorite things about living here are: two dog parks, lots of space (grassy areas for picnics, big BBQ areas, two gyms), food trucks that come throughout the week (I get so excited to come home to Taco Tuesdays!), free shuttle to and from Haymarket or Malden Center, a nice little convenience store on the property and incredibly friendly and helpful staff!
