    I am in my second year of living here and I cannot express how much I regret resigning my lease. Ever since IRT has taken over it has gone downhill in quality, service, and applicants. The cops seem to be here almost nightly now from obnoxious neighbors, fights in the parking lot and domestic disputes. Management has been emailed, with no response. Dog waste is everywhere, often on the sidewalks. We have had to ask for more dog waste bags to be put in the bins as they are often left empty or ...
    overflowing. Maintenance quit, office staff has left and quit taking the only saving grace this place had remaining. When IRT took over we were told it was a good thing because they were like the Walmart of apartment complexes... what that really meant was that we’re going to be incredibly cheap, disconnected, and the quality would drop dramatically. I will not be resigning and would highly recommend anyone else to think twice before moving in here.

    The Chelsea is an amazing place to live at. Being a transplant from Houston, Texas, it was a task finding a place to call home. But we were very fortunate to find The Chelsea. The apts are so up to date from an aesthetic point of view and they are sooo considerate when it comes to your canine family member. Brian, Maggie, and the rest of the staff are amazing and so accommodating. We would continue to live here if it weren't for the fact that we bought our first house in Columbus. You guys are ...

    I really love where I live they offer so much for a decent price. They also help you when your in need. We have been looking nice for a new place to live because the utilities are really expensive. Also the size of everything seems smaller than other apartment places. Other than the utilities and the size of the rooms, if we put in something to get fixed it will get fixed the next business day. They have events every week to keep us as tenants entertained. The scenery is beautiful and people who ...
