DON'T FALL FOR THE MARKETING!!!
September 17, 2025Avoid this place at all cost. There are hidden fees and they don't keep it clean. I've been here two years and this is worst that I've seen the property. Richard is the absolute worse. He doesn't know what is going on and when you ask him questions he looks like he is lala land. Maintenance is awful you have to put in multiple requests for things to get done. And they're consistently in and out of the apartment for new roommates. II Upstairs neighbors are awful, the building I live in wreaks of ...marijuana, they're loud and disruptive, they catcall like crazy, and they walk around with their guns out. And when you need the property manager he isn't even on there half of time. Front office is no help. They're so worried about marketing the place for new people to live there they can't even have the people they already have. They will bombard you with renewals. Avoid this place as much as you can they don't even care about the people who already live her. The only thing nice on the property is the front office. And there are so many hidden fees and they won't charge you for it all at once they will wait until after you paid rent because they've missed something. Don't come here. Go anywhere, but here. WOULD GIVE 0 STARS!
August 20, 2025honestly if i could give this place a 0 stars then i would. the outside of the units are trashed 100% of the time. maintenance is slow, you can put in multiple requests and your stuff still won’t get fixed. you have to have a visitor pass to have a visitor, mind you if it’s after the office closes then your out of luck. my car got broken into TODAY & the office couldn’t do anything about it, & don’t have any cameras on the property to run back. this place is awful. maintenance walks in & out no ...knocking or warning & always leaves lights on & the front door unlocked. always charged fees you don’t know where they came from. i’ve been here 2 years & have been miserable. the staff yea they’re nice but “can’t do anything” about anything. 0/10.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

July 1, 2024Management constantly shifts, but one thing stays the same. They do not care about you. They do not provide services. Property managers ignore you until you have to pay charges they weren't entitled to, unless you want to get a late fee on top of that charge. Any person you speak to in the office treats you like you're crazy because the place has repeatedly and systematically made every person feel like they need to fight tooth and nail to get anything from the person they're paying money to. It ...may not be a receptionist's fault, but they will tell you you don't have to pay when you do. They will lie to you and leave you high and dry with no way to a solution. Don't live here. August 5, 2022I am a mother of a college student. My son lived here two years and I am thrilled that he just moved out. It's unsafe, unkempt, smells like marijuana even inside his apartment (through the vents). He moved into a cesspool of an apartment. During move out, we cleaned his apartment thoroughly. Thank God we took pictures of move in day and move out day showing a stark difference because they have sent us a bill of $189 for cleaning fees. I have yet to hear from them after I've sent them all of ...the photos. It's ridiculous what they charged us monthly for his 1/4 of the power bill. It would be almost the same amount as my 4 bedroom house. Don't put your students here. It may look nice when they take you on a tour. It may look nice on paper. The Worst
May 1, 2022I lived here years ago before it was called "The Chelsea" and I hated it. There were roaches (big ones) all the time and nothing was done about it. I always paid my rent on time but one time they ended up losing my check supposedly and I had to pay rent plus late fees even after showing a receipt that my rent was paid. After I moved out they remodeled and during the remodel there was a hole in the wall that I didn't put there but somehow I ended up having to pay $200 or more for damage that I ...didn't do. September 2, 2021I’m a easier pleaser type of person but I must say this was the WORST experience ever. When I moved in the apartment was disgusting! Refrigerator had mold all in it along with old food. I complained about it but no one came to clean it so I had to, not to mention inside the cabinets were so filthy with food from years ago. There was ALWAYS overages no matter what so you’ll definitely be paying $500+ monthly, which is a complete rip off. Nats are TERRIBLE. October 11, 2020The chelsea is a horrible place to live. It’s only been 2 months of me living here and there’s insects and roaches all throughout the rooms! I have Bed bugs marks all on my body from the bed mattress provided. Someone broken in my place.
