January 3, 2025Literally the only good thing is the location of the city being around restaurants. Management is horrible. No one answers the phone. The office is always closed during business hours. The truth
January 3, 2025Office is always closed even when the hours reportedly say it’s supposed to be open. No one answers the office phone. Always have to make an appointment to talk to management. Residents are pretty much stuck on their own with no assistance. Managers are always temporary. OVERPRICED!!!Property Manager Responded

Amazing Management
November 14, 2024I’ve been here for 2 years now. Maintenance is always done as soon as possible and there are very little if none disturbances. The property manager, Cara, is always responsive and helpful. My son loves the pool and wants to go every time. They just redid the pool area and there is a firepit we can’t wait to use for roasting marshmallows.Property Manager Responded

Nice Property

Are you kidding me?
October 1, 2024I've read the reviews posted and could not believe anyone living at this property would rate it 5 stars. I've been a resident for 5 years and have seen a dramatic decline in customer service, property care, and maintenance upkeep, while monthly rental costs are increasing. When I first moved to the property I could honestly write that 4 to 4.5 stars would have been an appropriate rating. But since Corsair has bought the property, the property has drastically decline and a rating of 5 stars is ...certainly not deserved.Property Manager Responded
