July 29, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comSigned a lease, and without warning, 2 weeks later they started a 15 week construction project directly under my place making the garage that you pay for inaccessible. The construction is the loudest you could possibly imagine all day long making working from home impossible - even during lunch breaks the workers are hooting and hollering. And for this massive inconvenience, not being able to use the amenities you PAY for, they provide NO compensation. Just a "sorry".

We are not home when construction is going on so it hasn't been an issue with us. We chose an apartment where we liked the location and we are loving living in a place where everything is new. So far i'm going to rate it 4 and will see if we give it a 5 or less after our lease is up. Not too bad!!
