Be afraid
January 12, 2022My mothers locked up bike got stolen, during the day. We have mold all over the base of all exterior walls and management refuses to make reasonable accommodations. The mold has destroyed my bed. My side railing is warped, with green, yellow, and black colored mold all over it. It is now unusable and unable to be cleaned. To make matters worse, the water is coming in from the exterior walls and they are trying to blame us. Please be afraid. The water in the ground could likely result in a sink ...hole, as it appears to be a preexisting issue.Property Manager Responded

December 23, 2021My wife and I have lived at the Clairmont apartments for about 5 years now. Because it being a 55 and over community its very quite, our neighbors are very friendly, the grounds are well kept up. The new managers have set a new level of professionalism that I like.
