This place is going downhill fast

When I first moved in the pool was clean, the chairs were nice, the landscaping looked good. Fast forward: the landscapers might not even own a lawnmower or sheers? The grass that once was, is now 2ft weeds. Plants and trees impede walkways. Pool chairs are nearly all broken. The tiles on the pool are so dirty people are scratching in their names in the grime. Dog poop bins are typically overflowing. Beach chairs are also broken. What once was a nice community has gone downhill and I won’t be ...

Love love love The Clara! This place is so Great from the entire Staff to the ameneties. The have a great Amazon hub and super workout facility. There is a dog washing/grooming room and walking areas. Very family friendly.
