This place is going downhill fast
June 23, 2025When I first moved in the pool was clean, the chairs were nice, the landscaping looked good. Fast forward: the landscapers might not even own a lawnmower or sheers? The grass that once was, is now 2ft weeds. Plants and trees impede walkways. Pool chairs are nearly all broken. The tiles on the pool are so dirty people are scratching in their names in the grime. Dog poop bins are typically overflowing. Beach chairs are also broken. What once was a nice community has gone downhill and I won’t be ...renewing my lease.Property Manager Responded

March 10, 2023After selling my home I needed a temporary place to stay and after extensive searching The Clara won out. I am so grateful everyday to live in such a beautiful place. I feel like I’m living in a resort..my lake view is spectacular, the sunsets in the evening have actually made me tear up, the amenities are incredible! But it’s the staff that makes it even more than an apartment complex. They are all so friendly and helpful and Michael is one of the reasons I may stay longer. He’s always ready to ...help, he’s so kind and I love love love his lobby parties!
