October 11, 2025No issues here. I have been living here for 9 months. The property is well kept and clean. The property is a bit older but the units are still quite nice. Overall I have had no major issues. A few things here and there but the Maintanence team responds in a timely matter. There is a Police Officer who lives on site and I haven’t herd of any safety issues this far. Overall great place to live, great location.Property Manager Responded

April 2, 2025Nice and Respectable Place to Live I have been a tenant for almost 14 years, and I have not had any complaints that were not resolved immediately. The staff is friendly and respectful and whenever I need to inquire about something pertaining to the apartment, they are always willing and available to speak with me. Maintenance is awesome and will come the very same day to take care of the problem you are experiencing. You don't have to take my word for it but, check us out!
