The Clark apartments is a wonderful place to live. It gives a quiet suburban feeling with all the excitement of being I. The most awesome city in the USA. The staff is professional and accommodating. The amenities.are great. The building stays clean and smells good all the time. The views are breathtaking. It’s definitely a place you want to call home and they have a vending machine nice ??.

Maintenance staff is great. Noise isolation of the building is poor and management could be more communicative. Gym is better now that the ac works/it’s cold outside.

A week after I moved in there was a flood on the main floor due to some pipes so, I've had to deal with building accommodations my entire time living here. Also the gym without AC in the summer. I have not complained because im grateful for the apartment still functioning and having all appliances functioning

It's everything I hoped it would be and more. Looking for apartments is incredibly frustrating, and I talked to a lot of lessors with bad vibes before finding The Clark, where they were happy to work with me to get everything I needed to live here, and now I love this place, from the gym to the free coffee to the big rooms, everything about it makes it the perfect place not just to live, but to have somewhere to call home.
