      I live here and it’s AWFUL. Looks nice outside to get your money, then you move in and find out how terrible it is. Maintenance is a total joke. Something has to break 5 times before they’ll replace it. The pool didn’t open till 6/6, then closed again 6/12-6/14 because some kid dove and hit their head and bled in the pool. So many of us have told them to get a pool attendant to enforce the rules, and they are too cheap. They’d rather just close the pool for three days and make everyone else ...
      suffer for their shortcomings. Today, the pool was supposed to be open, no one came to unlock it, tons of residents waiting outside in 90 degree weather. Someone picked a lock and opened the gate for everyone. The pool itself and pool area was full of garbage from their little “party” they had yesterday. And the women’s bathroom is absolutely DISGUSTING. Dirt and grime caked on the floor, one of two stalls missing a door… Everywhere is expensive right now, but spend your money somewhere else!! THIS PLACE IS A TOTAL JOKE!!

      I really enjoy living here. No major issues or complaints. I only wish pet owners would pick up after their animals more since there are animal waste bins around the community. Otherwise I have been living here for about 4 months now and I like it a lot.

      My girlfriend, roommate and I moved in right before Christmas and it’s been a delight so far. We had a few noise complaints with our upstairs neighbors, but they’ve since gotten a lot better. We’re slowly but surely making our little home cozy.

      The only my concern is we don't have enough parking lot, all the time when I return from work is hard for me to found a parking and have to park far away from my apartment.

      First of all I think the staff at the Hub is nice and I like the way they have treated me. I like my apartment except for a few miner thing that I had problems with. Just a problem meeting neighbors of my own age. Otherwise I am content and somewhat satisfied.

      We move here since 2010. I never had any problems with anyone. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. The new managment takes care of things more and care more about the residents needs.

      All is good so far. Safety and security is provided especially during night time. Parking lot is first come first serve basis but every residence has always lots for everyone. The complex is very accessible to stores and fresh market.

      This place takes time to get things in working order, but once they get things done it is a nice experience. Patience is a virtue. People are kind and I think people need to remember that these buildings are old. Wear and tear is a normal part of life. If you are not able to accept wear and tear than pay what it costs to live in a brand new apartment complex.

      I love living here but the units need to be updated. Very safe neighborhood. Great schools. Plenty of good jobs nearby. I just wish management will start updating the complex
