This place has been a joy to live at. The property Manager Tim is the best in town. He's so kind and communicates so well, the property is so well maintained and the maintenance staff is so prompt and swift. You really can’t beat the location of this apartment complex. It’s so close to the green belt and old town, but the area is still calm and quiet. There is an event center across the street, but any event is over by 10 pm. We have had no noise issues. The unit itself is spacious and updated, and the balcony is massive. Maintenance is great and the common areas are clean and well maintained. This is by far our favorite apartment complex we have ever been in.

The management was beyond supportive during my stay for the past two years. Always responsive and maintenance was always fast to respond. It was a small community and in amazing area in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale. The rent was reasonable and the amenities are brand new since the building was just built.
