PRICE JACKING EVERY MONTH!
February 16, 2022This new management is trying to run all the old tenants out by jacking the rent up by HUNDREDS as what was stated on old leases, charging for water and sewage based on what the entire building uses (my bill this month was insane and I’m barely even home to use any water!) as well as forcing all tenants to pay for monthly renter’s insurance. It’s like every month they find some new way to make it impossible to continue to afford to live here. They do NOT care about the tenants or how many lives ...they’re affecting by this price gouging.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
terrible place to live!!
November 1, 2021multiple reasons. I've lived here for 2 years and it just keeps getting worse!!! the "balcony" were supposed to have has been unusable since I moved in. my neighbor has literally had her leg fall through. Also the doors are all old so bugs come in whenever the want. on top of everything the people in the office are NEVER there during "open" hours so you can never call or get anything fixed. they have lost checks from multiple tenants and expects them to just pay that month's rent a second time. ...and now they are upping the rent jurastically every lease. my last one went up almost a hundred dollars!
