Joanne was our rep and she was delightful. Moving is already stressful and the rental prices can be outside your budget. Joanne was able to help us with all the above making moving in less stressful and she really went above and beyond to keep us within our budget while getting us what we wanted. The community is well maintained, quiet and the neighbors ...are friendly. It's a 10 out of 10 will recommend Pros: Gated- I mean no one can get in behind me kind of gated, lol Walkable neighborhood Amenities - pool, gym, covered parking (plenty of parking close to the building so far), courtyards, valet trash, in-unit washer dryers(or hookups if you have to get your own (we're not a fan of laundromats or coin operated community washer dryers as they take away from our budget for normal clothing washes) etc. Well maintained, clean and updated People are friendly including the staff Cons: No elevators If you made it this far, thank you for your time, hope it was helpful. A contractor caused a flood in my unit, and the property did not properly dry or remediate the water damage. Mold grew on my walls, carpet, and HVAC/water heater closet. My friend broke out in hives from exposure while helping me move. The contractor refused to provide insurance information and tried to push me into an off-the-books settlement. I scheduled a tour with another lady Samantha and she was very kind and was willing to answer all of my questions. Honestly she went above and beyond to make sure my apartment was readily available at a very timely manner and to my liking! I had the chance to meet the manager Valencia as well and she was so nice. The entire staff was cordial and professional I was quite ...impressed because previously I experienced some challenges with an unprofessional staff at the old apartment complex I resided in. October 6, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comThis apartment complex was my first choice because of location and the upkeep of the property, however management was so bad at communicating I decided to request a refund on my application. I waited over 5 days and called every single day without ever hearing back from the leasing consultants. When I expressed my frustration they responded with a single sentence in an email not even addressing the issue at hand, apologizing, or expressing accountability. I would not want to live someplace where ...the leasing office never answers the phone and generally doesn't care about you. Their attitude is what caused me to lose trust in the process. If you decide to apply, please be warned that you will be waiting to hear back from the leasing office. The prompts on their leasing portal states the application will be reviewed within 1-5 business days and that is simply not true.Read More
