December 17, 2025Management/front office is top notch. They take of care of anything you need and are very quick to respond. They continuously upgrade and clean the building. Lots of great spaces and events. Pet waste stations with bags all around the building. I dig the community because you can be social if you choose or left alone if you choose and everyone’s cool with that. Only actual negative Is the hot water could be better but that’s a nit pick from a hot hot shower person.Property Manager Responded

This Place is Horrible, Stay Away!
December 10, 2025One star. I lived at The Cleo in East Nashville and my experience was pretty disappointing. The office staff was consistently rude and their emails were quick to threaten legal action over minor things instead of trying to communicate like normal people. On top of that, packages were always going missing or getting stolen and management never offered a real solution. If you’re looking for a place where the staff is helpful and your deliveries are actually safe, this isn’t it.Property Manager Responded

June 16, 2025This place is amazing! The staff were super kind and helpful with the move in process. Everyone that I have talked to as I moved in were very sweet and helped hold doors as I was hauling things from the parking garage.
