    This place is amazing! The staff were super kind and helpful with the move in process. Everyone that I have talked to as I moved in were very sweet and helped hold doors as I was hauling things from the parking garage. The apartment itself is so beautiful and I cannot get over my view!

    The Cleo has been an awesome place to live. Management has started hosting multiple community events each month and it’s so nice to be able to chat with your neighbors! Maintenance is super quick typically they’ll show up same day, and always super friendly.

    I thoroughly enjoy being a resident at the Cleo. Maintenance requests are handled very promptly, and everyone who works here is friendly and welcoming. I also feel very safe living here. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend.

    Apartment and complex is amazing! However when I checked in the apartment was filthy and not ready for me to check in (no hot water, floor wasnt mopped/swept, etc) I had to do a deep clean before I got my stuff moved in. I talked with the front desk and they are going to help with this problem which is nice.

    The location of the Cleo is great but beyond that, it’s been pretty disappointing living here. I’m pretty sure my apartment has black mold that I can’t see and it’s been impacting my health.

    The Cleo is in a great location but I feel like the management is a hot mess. I’m not sure if it’s the previous managements mess that the new management is having to straighten up or what but it’s unfortunate for the residents.
