April 6, 2025Apartment and complex is amazing! However when I checked in the apartment was filthy and not ready for me to check in (no hot water, floor wasnt mopped/swept, etc) I had to do a deep clean before I got my stuff moved in. I talked with the front desk and they are going to help with this problem which is nice.Property Manager Responded

February 22, 2025The location of the Cleo is great but beyond that, it’s been pretty disappointing living here. I’m pretty sure my apartment has black mold that I can’t see and it’s been impacting my health.Property Manager Responded
