great place i ever lived
December 13, 2024this apartaments are quiet and are family safe. the leasing office are great (Tanisha) great personally and understands family, very family oriented apartaments. maintanace are always on time and polite, always going out of their way to help when needed. keep apartaments clean!! breezeways,pool, parking lot. update appliances and cabinets. love this place, i recommend THE CLIFFS AT WATERFORD 100% bonus!! the bus comes in here pick up the kidsReview from Apartments.com
Warning
June 24, 2019This place is not a good place to live at all. They have damages in every apartment from last year storm that still need to be fixed. There is problems with wasps, gnats, spiders, bird droppings, bird nests, mole and lets not talk about the snakes that love to come out from the swamp and marsh nearby. Living here is like National Geographic with all the things crawling around and the place is pretty much public. The gate is broke more than it is fixed and there is always suspicious drug activity ...going on around this place.Property Manager Responded
