They want to much for the location and the quality

They want to much for where it is located. They want a credit check and if you don't have a certain score they want you to have a co-signer. It's located in the middle of where many shootings happen. The apartments are small as well.

This is the apartment to build your life for an incredible future, Unlike most apartments the common areas always smell like Mr. Clean and the neighbors work together to maintain peaceful and pleseant living condition. There is a Superintendent on call in the building and their are many stores, schools and playgrounds walking distance from the premises.
